With a dedicated team that already has experience in renting and managing properties, the company Temporada na Ilha was created to bring convenience to those who are interested in renting their properties and do not have the experience or, then, to those who do not intend to stress , nor have much time, but who are willing to rent out their properties and earn extra money.
The company is the result of the initiative of a family, here in Florianopolis, who love to travel and know what travelers expect from good accommodation.
We recently decided to renovate an old beach house and manage its lease, taking care of all the details in detail, and we saw how complex and serious it is to take care of a rental. However, we also saw that the yield of a careful and concerned rental with the guest brings excellent financial results at the end of the month...
